Often employees who are travelling a lot have expense claims that need to be paid, from fuel cost to hotel fees, with Xero you can easily manage their claims and make sure you are only paying out what you need to. With Xero after their receipts have been inputted into the system you can decide whether the expenses are acceptable or not and so decline individual items that you feel should not have been included when necessary and then complete a full payment for the expenses that should be allowed to your employee.
