Whether it was my account manager, a product specialist or the customer care team - I got responses whenever I needed them. I felt like I had a 24/7 support team. Whenever I have a question about how something works in Xero I usually find the answer in the help. If I need to contact support, the Xero team email me back straightaway with a response, so I can get on with my workload.
When I think of Xero, I think of two things: easy to use and support when I need it."
